For more information visit: www.mainewindindustry.com

The Maine Composites Alliance in collaboration with the University of Maine AEWC, First Wind, CIANBRO and the Maine Port Authority have launched the Maine Wind Industry Initiative (MWII).
MWII's mission is to leverage opportunities for Maine companies in both on-shore and off-shore wind development in the Northeast wind industry market. Thirty-eight Maine companies are now MWII members.

As MWII continues to grow, the organization is creating an interactive marketing map, available to wind industry leaders online. The MWII map will include layers detailing the industry's natural resources, capabilities and various state support centers.
